Brain Reset Intervention
A Precision Neuroplasticity-Based Process
Anxiety, panic, phobia, or a persistent sense of being trapped or unsafe — challenges like these are not about insight, mindset, or motivation.
They are caused by a specific neurological pattern that runs automatically, often below conscious awareness, producing responses you are left trying to manage, override, or endure.
The Brain Reset Intervention is a structured, outcome-based process designed to identify and recalibrate one specific maladaptive neural pathway, so it no longer produces that response.
This is not general coaching, stress management, or therapy. It is a targeted neurological intervention.
Who this intervention is for
This work is appropriate when you are:
- Functioning well in life, yet constrained by a specific recurring response
- Experiencing anxiety, panic, phobia, or an automatic fear reaction
- Relying on coping strategies that require constant effort
- Aware the response feels disproportionate or “out of your control”
- Wanting relief, not years of exploration
Common examples include:
- Panic or anxiety attacks
- Claustrophobia or situational phobias
- Trauma responses that activate unexpectedly
- A persistent fight-or-flight response that limits freedom or choice
How the Brain Reset Intervention works
This is a precision intervention, not a developmental pathway.
The process follows a clear and finite structure:
- Identify the currently running neurological program
We focus on what happens now — how the response shows up in the body, perception, and nervous system. This is structural, not analytical, and does not require revisiting past events. - Clarify the replacement response
In some cases, this involves establishing a new behaviour generator — a way of responding that has not yet been neurologically encoded. - Recalibrate the neural pathway
Using applied neuroplasticity, the existing response is disrupted and replaced through precise work at conscious, pre-conscious, and unconscious levels.
This process does not require reliving trauma or emotionally reprocessing past experiences.
Why this works — how the brain actually changes
Many people assume that once a response is wired into the brain, it is fixed — something they simply have to manage or live with.
A useful way to understand this is to think of the brain like a music CD.
Imagine you buy a CD from an artist you love. You put it into the player — but every time it plays, it’s a completely different artist. You may dislike the music or feel frustrated, but no matter how much you want it to be different, the same track plays every time.
That’s how automatic responses like panic, anxiety, or fear operate. Once recorded, they behave like read-only memory — they play back automatically, regardless of intention.
The important part is this: CDs can be reactivated and made rewritable.
When that happens, you can re-record what you actually want to hear — and from then on, that is what consistently plays.
The brain works the same way.
Through a specific process, an automatic response can be reactivated, made flexible again, and then updated. In neuroscience, this process is known as memory reconsolidation — the brain’s natural ability to revise and stabilise neural patterns once they are brought into the right state.
This is not about suppressing a response or coping better. It is about rewriting the recording itself, so the old output no longer runs.
Structure and timing
This is a contained, outcome-based intervention
It is not billed per session
Most patterns are identified within 1–3 sessions
The full process may take up to 7 sessions, depending on what is required to achieve the outcome
Sessions can be scheduled close together when time-sensitive (e.g. upcoming travel)
Sessions are available in person or via Google Meet
Investment
Brain Reset Intervention $795 inc. GST
This fee covers the full intervention required to reset the identified issue, regardless of the number of sessions needed (within the defined scope).
Scope clarification
This intervention addresses one specific neurological pattern. It does not replace long-term coaching or broader personal development, though some clients choose to continue work once the interference has been removed.

I speak two languages, have achieved my Ph.D., have a great job, have three beautiful children and a gorgeous partner, but I couldn't enjoy any of these things.
I sat at my desk, immobilised by panic attacks that seemed to come out of nowhere. I should have been soaring, but my brain was clipping my wings.
I thought, 'I need a coach who could help me set goals and make me accountable. I needed a vision and targets to achieve, to feel better.' But what’s the value of working towards achievements, if the main problem is how you're operating? My most urgent problem was “my anxiety”.
Someone told me that Deb could rewire my brain and fix my glitches. Deb said this could happen in a couple of sessions, and I thought, “That can not be right. Maybe for others, but I have been carrying this around for 42 years”.
We had ONE SESSION. In that one session, I felt something profound change in me and I have not had a panic attack since.
Merci du fond du coeur Deb.

Despite being THE top student in my university degree and landing a high-level position as a medical laboratory scientist, I was incredibly tired and stressed.
In just one session, Deb's "Mental Clarity and Brain Reset" program transformed me into a whole new person. There has been an immediate and profound change in my work relationships and productivity... all without feeling any effort.
Deb’s tailored neuroscience approach reprogrammed my brain, broke free from old patterns, and unlocked the mental clarity I had been searching for.
If you’re ready to transform stress into calm and worry into confidence, I highly recommend Deb's program.
